First Annual Israel Multinational Ballistic Missile Defense Conference and Exhibition
Cruise and ballistic missiles, from short-range rockets to accurate ballistic
missiles equipped with warheads of mass destruction,
are gaining an increasingly central place in 21st century warfare.
This threat affects the entire international community with as much bearing on issues of military defense capacities,
as on the defense of civilian infrastructures and populations.
Anti-missile interception systems must meet these unique challenges by utilizing a variety of innovative,
state-of-the-art technologies, while developing and encouraging emerging technologies.
In response to one of the most severe missile and rocket threats in the world, the Israeli scientific and engineering community has gained unique experience and know-how in active defense technologies, making Israel one of the leading countries in this area.
The First Annual Israel Multinational Ballistic Missile Defense Conference and Exhibition will offer directors, scientists, engineers and technicians, developing active defense systems in Israel and abroad, a podium to present their past projects, current achievements, and future plans.
